DOUGH
 175 ml milk
 11 g instant yeast
 1 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 2 cups hard flour
 1 egg
 1 oz butter
FILLING
 ½ cup chopped ham
 ½ cup streaky cheese
 3 tbsp chopped bell pepper
 1 tbsp chopped onion
-1 EGG TO BARNISH-

DIRECTIONS
1- Heat the milk for a minute
2- Put in the mixer add the yeast, sugar, salt, egg and butter
3- Beat for 30 seconds and let the yeast activate for 15 minutes
4- Add flour and mix for 2 minutes average speed with the hook of the mixer
5- ferment for 15 minutes
6- Spread flour on the table roll out the dough and varnish with egg, fill with all the ingredients of the filling spreading them over the entire dough
7- Make a roll leaving all the filling inside
8- Grease a square mold
9- Cut 2 inch portions and place them inside the mold separated by 2 centimeters
10- Varnish with egg and leave to ferment for 20 minutes in a warm place
11- bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
