Walnut balls

 1 cup unsalted butter
 1 cup powdered sugar
 1 cup chopped walnuts
 2.50 cups wheat flour
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Place the softened margarine, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. With the help of a kitchen palette, it should be mixed until it forms a smooth paste. Integrate the rest of the ingredients one by one until well mixed. Remove the mixture from the bowl, put it on a surface with flour. Knead for two minutes.
When the mixture is finished, wrap it in waxed paper and refrigerate it for an hour. Then, take it out and knead the mixture a little more, approximately for two minutes.
On a tray with waxed paper, place little balls with the size of a grape and separate them one centimeter from each other. Bake at 250 ° F for 15 minutes. Then, remove them from the oven and batter with powdered sugar while they are warm.
