INGREDIENTS
 3.50 oz butter
 ziped 1/2 lemon
 1 egg yolk
 1.50 oz powdered sugar
 150 g condensed milk
 3 oz smooth flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 9 oz cornstarch
FILLING
 12 oz caramel

DIRECTIONS
1- In a bow lmix butter, sugar, egg yolk and condensed milk beat at low speed for 3 minutes or until it changes to a lighter color
2- add lemmon zest and add cornstarch, flour and baking powder little by little beat 30 seconds more
3- the mixture will be sticky, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour
4- make bolls of 10 grams
5- place on a tray with waxed paper
6- press gently with a folk
7- bake 10 minutes in the upper part of the oven at 300 degrees fahrenheit
8- verify that the base is sligtly golden
9- cool and fill with caramel
