INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
 1 lb hard flour
 30 g instant yeast
 1 oz butter
 2 tbsp olives oil
 1 oz sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ cup warm water
HOMEMADE SAUCE
 10 pieces peeled red tomatoes
 6 cloves of garlic
 1 medium onion
 2 dried guaque chiles
 1 small carrot
 2 bell peppers
 ½ cup water
Season with sal, pepper, basil, oregano to your pleasure

SAUCE
Cook all ingredients together, cool an blender

DOUGH
1- Put water, salt, sugar, yeast, butter and olive oil in the blender, mix all the ingredients and rise for 15 minutes or until it has formed a kind of foam
2- add flour and blender 3 minutes with the hook blender or until it takes off from the bowl, spread drops of oil and cover with a dry cloth until it doubles in size
3+ spread flour on a table and roll out with a roller of the desired size and thickness
4- grease a tray, place the dough and prick with a fork
5- overflow with your favorite sauce, add cheese, vegetables and meats or sausages of your choice
6- bake in a stove oven for 25 or 30 minutes at 300 degrees fahrenheit and in a wood-fire 12 or 15 minutes
