GREDIENTS
 24 oz soft flour
 12 oz sugar
 1 pinch salt
 6 oz margarine
 2 eggs
 ¼ cup liquid milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp baking powder
 2 oz water
TOPING
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 1 tbsp sesame
 ½ egg
 2 oz water

DIRECTIONS
1- Soften the margarine with your hands until it is creamy, add sugar little by little and incorporate
2- place the flour and add all the ingredients remaining
3- add all the ingredients to form a smooth dough.... important not to knead
4- place a little fat on the hands and make balls of 3 centimeters of diameter
5- place them one by one a tray and push hard with a round utensil giving them a 9 centimeter cicle shape, leaving a space of 1 centimeter between each
6- in a cup mix the egg with the water and varnish, spread sesame or cinnamon powder
7- bake on top of the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes

NOTE
you can bake several trays at the same time and rotate so the cooking is uniform
