DOUGH
 500 ml water
 200 g butter
 1 pinch salt
 300 g flour
 8 eggs
 ½ cup sugar
FILLING
 1.50 cups water
 1 cinnamon stick
 1 cup sugar
 ¾ cup cornstarch
 90 g butter
CARAMEL
 500 g sugar
 75 ml honey
 125 ml water
 10 drops lemon

DIRECTIONS
DOUG
1- in a pot place sugar, butter, salt and water
2- bring to the fire and boil
3- pour the flour little by little while stirring, until it form a paste
4- remove from heat and add the eggs one by one while stirring until they form a smooth mixture
5- prepare a baking sheet with wax paper
6- form buns with a plastic bag, separating them 1 inch
7- preheat the oven and bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 35 minutes, let cool

FILLING
1- in a pot, place all the ingredients, reserve only the cornstarch
2- bring to a boil
3- dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water and pour over the rest of the ingredients without leaving to stir, remove from heat and cool
4- fill all the buns and reserve

CARAMEL
1- place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat
2- stir constantly until a thick honey is formed

ASSEMBLY
1- overflow the buns with honey and glue them one by one to form a cone of the desired size
2- decorate as desired
