 10 oz Strength flour
 ½ oz Compressed yeast
 4 ½ oz Butter
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Sugar
  cup Water
 1 Egg
 12 Ham slices
 12 American Chesse slices

Mix the yeast, sugar, salt and ½ oz. of butter. Let the mixture stand for five minutes, then add the strength flour and mix it up again for two minutes.
Spread flour on a flat surface and stir the mixture. Put the butter (4 oz.) above the mixture and spread it. Double the mixture and let it stand for fifteen minutes.
Stir the mixture again. Then, cut the mixture into triangles (5 cm * 8 cm) and varnish with egg.
Place one ham and chesse slice over the triangle, roll it up starting from the wider side to the narrower side.
Place them on a tray and varnish again with egg.
Let the croissant stand during thirty minutes in a warm area.
Bake at 350 ° F for twenty minutes.
