 4 cups Strong Flour
 ¾ cup Water
 1 oz Fresh Yeast
 ½ tsp Salt
Optional (only if you want it to be softer)
 ½ tsp Sugar
 1 oz Butter

1. put water, salt and fresh yeast in a bowl and mix, leave it there for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. add the strong flour and knead until it forms a homogeneos paste.
3. leave the paste in a warm place and cover it up with a nylon, until it doubles it's size (40 minutes approximately)
4. sprinkle flour on a table and place the paste , knead again and form balls as desire size then place them on a tray
5. make cuts of the desire shape slightly deep (with a knife or kitchen scissors), leave it to ferment for 40 minutes by covering them with a nylon.
6. varnish them with water or with egg and sprinkle on top flour or any aromatic herbs, it can also be grated cheese.
7. bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, check them every 15 minutes.

note: Baking depends on bread size.
