 1 cup olive oil
 ½ cup crystallized fruit
 ½ cup walnut
 ¼ cup raisins
 ¼ cup grated coconut
 ¼ cup grated apple
 3 eggs
 1.50 cups sugar
 2 cups flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 ½ tsp nutmeg
TOPPING
 1 egg white
 1 cup powdered sugar
 5 drops lemon juice
 crystallized fruit

DIRECTIONS

1 Place in a bowl sugar, oil and eggs mix
2 add crystallized fruit, walnut, raisins, coconut, apple mix until the ingredients are incorporated
3 add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to form a smooth mix
4 grease a pan and pour the mixture
5 preheat the oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit and bake for 45 minutes

TOPPING
1- in a saucepan mix sugar with the egg and lemon drops
2- cook 2 minutes at medium temperature
3- pour the mixture over the cake and decorate with crystallized fruit
