DOUGH
 150 g flour
 150 g sugar
 5 egss
 1 tbsp baking powder
FILLING
 1 cup peach pieces
 200 ml whipping cream
 1 cup peach syrup
DECORATION
 8 oz sliced peach
 400 ml whipping cream
 120 g powdered sugar

ISTRUCTIONS
1-Separate the eggs whites and place them inside the mixer beat on a high speed
2- add the sugar while continuing to beat
3- add the eggs yolks one by one until they form a consistent past
4- sift the flour and powder for bake add it to mixture little by little whith wrapping movements with a paddle
5- grease and cast a mold pour the mixture and bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 30 o 40 minutes

WHIPPING CREAM AN FILLING
1- beat the whipping cream on high speed, incorporate the sugar little by little
2-divide what you are going to use for the filling and assembly

PEACH
1- remove the peaches from the can and reserved the syrup
2-reserve the quantities that you will use for the filling an those that you will use to assembly

FILLING
1- diivide the cake into three equal parts, wet it with the syrup
2- fill with a layer of cream and pieces of peach

ASSEMBLY
Line the entire cake with a thim layer of cream, decorate the cake with a fluted duya and with a pastry bag, decorate the top with the peach slices
