DIRECTIONS
1- Put the sugar and butter to beat until they form a smooth cream
2- Add the eggs one by one and the coffee extract
3- Add the water
4- Add all the dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes
5- Grease one pan , pour mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit
TOPPIN
1-Put the whipping cream whit the sugar and the bitter cocoa in the mixer and beat for 10 minutes to form consistent cream
ASSENBLY
1- Cut the cake in half
2- Fill whit strawberry jelly
NOTE, You can wet the cake with a little coffee extract
3- line the whole cake with the whipping crean
4- Decorate with liquid chocolate
