 ¾ cup oil
 3 egg
 1.50 cups sugar
 juice of one lemon
 zest of one lemon
 50 ml milk
 2 cups soft flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp baking soda
TOPPING
 ½ cup pwdered sugar
 2 tbsp egg white
 10 drops lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
1- put in a bowl oil, egg, sugar, lemon juice, milk and lemon zest
2- beat for one minute
3- add flour, baking powder and biking soda, beat one minute more
4- grease a mold for cake and pour the mix
5- bake at 300 degrees fahrenhet for 40 minutes

TOPPING
1- place all tehe ingredients in a pot and cook for a minute whitout stopping stirring
2- remove from heat and pour the mixture on the cake decorate with scratch lemon
