INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
 16 oz hard flour
 11 g instant yeast
 ½ cup milk
 5 oz sugar
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 1 pinch salt
 1 egg
 2 tbsp eggnog
 3 oz butter
FILLING
 1 cup sweet bread crumbs
 4 oz raisins
 3 oz butter
TOPPING
 mini apples in syrup
 figs in syrup
 candied fruits
 sugar and green red coloring
 this is to your liking

DIRECTIONS
DOUG
1- weigh all the ingredients correctly
2- place yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, egg, eggnog and milk in a bowl, stir and rise for 15 minutes
3- add flour, butter, cinnamon and the rest of sugar, knead for 3 minutes a high speed
4- spread flour on a table and roll out the dough placing everything in the center of the rectangle spreading only in the center
5- roll the doug leaving the folds at the botton
6- grease the mold and place the dough in the shape of a circle, cover in a with a dry cloth and rest for 40 minutes
7- make cut on the top and glaze with egg and milk
8- bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes
9- cool

FILLING
1- mix the butter with the bread crumbs until it forms a sandy mixture
2- add the raisins

DECORATION
Place canded fruit on top, to you liking
