1- Wash the guisquiles, cut in half an cook in three liters of water, if you want you can cook them in a sterarm
2- remove them from the water and let it cool
3- remove the center and discard it, then remove all the pulp and crush it in a bowl, reserve the shells
4- add all the remaining ingredients to the guisquil pulp and crush to form a pure
5- fill the guisquil shells with the mixture and decorate with raisins and cinnamon in dust
6- place them on a tray an bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 40 minutes
