 1 ¼ lbs Soft Flour
 4 oz Cornstarch
 1 lb Butter
 ½ lb Powdered Sugar
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
 2 oz Powdered Milk
Filling
 ½ lb Caramel

place the powdered sugar and the butter in a bowl and knead until soft.

incorporate the rest of the ingredients and knead carefully with your hands until everything is compacted.

spread flour on a flat surface and place the dough, stretch out the dough with a roll and cut the cookies as desired.

place the cut cookies on a baking sheet for 15 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. fill with caramel or hazelnut cream and overflow with powdered sugar.
