DIRECTIONS
1- Put in the microwave for 15 seconds
2- put yeast, butter, egg, salt and sugar in a bowl
3- pour the warm milk over the ingredients and stir
4- rest for 15 minutes
5- add flour and knead with your hands or with a blender until a smooth and manageable dough os obtained
6- spread a few drops of oil over the mixture, cover with a dry cloth and rest for 15 minutes
7- divide the dough into equal portions, it can be 9 or 12 portions
8- spread flour on a table and stretch with your hands all the portions of the same lenngth
9- glue with egg the tip of 3 portions and braid
10- varnish with egg and put the derired topping
NOTE..to fill you can doit at the moment you are stretching the portions
11- bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 20 or 25 minutes
