PASTRY
 1 ¼ cups egss
 1 cup hard flour
 1 cup sugar
 1 tbsp baking powder
 1 tbsp eggnog
FILLING
 1 cup hazelnut cream or strawberry jelly or butter cream, { your choice}
DELICACY
 5 egg yolks
 1 cup liquid milk
 ½ cup sugar
 3 tbsp cornstarch
 3 oz butter
 1 pinch salt
 4 tbsp milk cream
 1 cinnamon stick
 1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS
PASTRY
1- put in the mixer sugar, eggnog, the eggs and beat on high speed until a consistent mixture is obtained
2- remove from the mixer spread the flour amd the baking powder add it to the mixture little by little with wrapping movements
3- grease and paper a tray, aproximately 20 by 40 centimeters
4- pour the mixture and bake in the highest part of the oven at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes
5- remove the cake from the oven and cover it with a dry cloth, { to keep it 50 ft }

FILLING
You can buy it already prepared

DELICACY
1- put the milk, water, sugar and cinnamon stick in a saucepan over low heat add a pinche of salt and bring to a boil
2- add the cream and the eggs yolks, stir constantly
3- dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water add little by little while stirring until consistent
4- remove from heat and add butter, stirring vigorously

ASSEMBLY
1- spread flour on a flat surfice and unmold the cake
2- put it on a kitchen plstic wrap and spread the filling over the whole cake
3- roll it up by pressing gently with the help of a kitchen plastic wrap
4- split rolls of an inch
5- pour the delicacy and decorate with cinnamon powder and raisins

IMPORTANT
When you pour the delicacy make sure it is hot
