VALENTINE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
CAKE
 2 cups smooth flour
 1 cup sugar
 3 tsp baking powder
 1 egg
 1 cup oil
 1 cup warm water
FILLING
 ½ cup milk
 1 cup powdered sugar
 3 tbsp peanut butter
DECORATION
 1 lb fondant
  cup honey
 red color, gold color

DIRECTIONS
CAKE
1- put in a bowl egg, oil, water, sugar beat low speed for 30 seconds
2- add the rest of the ingredients little by little and beat for 5 minutes at medium speed
3- grease a mold pour the mixture and bake at 200 degrees fahrenheit for 50 minutes

FILLING
1- put all the ingredients in a pot and cook for 10 minutes at medium temperature until a consistent mixture is obtained

DECORATION
1- cool the cake cut in a half and fill with mommy´´s buttercream
2- knead the fondant and add the desired amount of color, stretch the fondant to the necessary to cover the cake
3- varnish the cake with honey and cover with fondant, decorate with figures to your choice of the same fondant past
