DOUGH
 8 oz soft flour
 6 oz margarine
 3 oz powdered sugar
 ½ tsp baking powder
 50 ml milk
 1 egg yolk
FILLING
 200 g pecans
 150 ml maple syrup
 15 toffee candies
 3 oz margarine
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 3 tbsp eggnog
 ½ cup brown sugar
 3 eggs

DIRECTIONS

DOUGH
1- place margarine an sugar in the processor and incorporate
2- add half the flour and incorporate
3- add milk, egg yolk and baking powder and incorporate
4- add the rest flour and mix
5- spread flour on a table and roll out the dough
6- grease a pie mold and place the dough
7- reserve in the refrigerator

FILLING
1- in a pot place honey, sugar, margarine,candies, eggnog, disolve and cook
2- disolve the cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of cool water and add to the mixture, cook 3 minutes remove from heat and cool
3- beat them eggs and add to the mixture add the pecans
4- pour the filling over the doug and bake for 75 minutes at 250 degrees fahrenheit
