 2 cups Hard Flour
  tsp Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 3 oz Butter
 1 oz Fresh Yeast
 1 Egg
 ½ cup Water

Put the fresh yeast, salt, sugar, butter, the egg and the water on the mixer and blend it for 1 minute, afterwards let them sit for 15 minutes.

after that add the flour mix it for 8 minutes put a blanket on it and let it sit for 1 hour.

mix it again for 5 more minutes, take out the mixture and divide it in 2 equals parts, with 1 form a ball znd put it on a mold let it sit for 45 minutes then varnish it with egg. bake it at 375 degrees for 20 minutes aproximately.
