INGREDIENTS
 1 cup OIL
 2 cups grated beet
 3 eggs
 1.50 cups sugar
 2 cups hard flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ cup dried fruiits
TOPPING
 1 egg white
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 5 drops lemon
1

DIRECTIONS
1- Wash the beets and grate them, put them in a bowl
2- add oil, eggs, sugar and incorporate
3- add the rest of the ingredients stir until all the ingredients are added
4- grease a mold pour the mixture
5- bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes

TOPPING
1- Mix the sugar with the egg white and the lemon droplets, stir to form a liquid mixture
2- cook in pan for 5 minutes while stirring

DECORATION
cool the cake, puor the topping immediately after cooking
