INGREDIENTS
 2 lbs red apple
 1 large pineapple
 2 oz ginger
  cup sugar
 ½ cup white liqueur (40 grade)
 3 l water

DIRECTIONS
1-wash and cut the fruits without removing the skin
2- place in a glass container
3- ligthtly pat the fruit
4- add the water
5- cover the container and ferment 5 days to 15 o 20 degree temperature, NOTE during these 5 days uncover the container once a days to release the gas
6- stir and taste, add the liquor and sugar, the necessary amount described in the recipe
7- ferment more 10 days uncovering the container once a day to release the gas
8- strain with a clean cloth, carry out this process once a day for 3 days

NOTES
The process last aproximately 20 days, during the whole process you have to open the container once a days to release the gas

You can use a special container to ferment wines

The fruit produces alcohol during fermentation, you can try it, if you like it with less or more alcohol
